Tight Turns in Town; a Beginners Gide to “Pipe Dream”.

The Ridgeline isn’t just for hiking.

“Pipe Dream” is a 0.6 mile downhill mountain bike trail (closed to uphill and on-foot travel), built between the Fox Hollow and Dillard West trailheads of the Ridgeline Trail System in Eugene.

It’s an intermediate-level trail that starts off with an appropriate rock garden, setting the tone for the rest of the trail. The next half-mile is filled with good dirt, tight turns, and steep berms.

The trail ends with a beginner-friendly table-top jump before spitting you out onto the end of Center Way within the Amazon Headwaters Park. A short ride down the street will put you right back at the climb back up to the top.
