Meet our repair Tech
Annie recently joined our team from Bend Oregon where she graduated with an Outdoor Product Design degree from Oregon State University. She has been sewing for a decade and adventuring outside her whole life. We are fortunate that she brings her experience to Eugene. How it works
Communication about repairs can be over email using egt.staff1@gmail.com or in the store when the repair tech is available.
Gear must be dropped off at EGT with prior approval by the repair tech and picked up at EGT after repair tech has completed the repair. Any items not picked up within 4 months of the agreed upon pick up date will be considered donated to Eugene Gear Traders.
All repairs will be charged a Minimum $30 base fee up to completed hours, unless it is for a small part replacement or other pre approved amount.
After the base fee the repair will cost an additional $45 per hour, plus cost of materials, unless stated otherwise during pre approval. The repair will not exceed the original amount unless agreed upon by the consignor.
