As per your consignment agreement, it is your responsibility to manage the items on your account.

It is up to you to see if your items have sold or if they are nearing their expiration period by logging into your consignor portal here.
You are not obligated to retrieve items after the 4 month consignment period, however if they are not picked up they will be considered donated.
Your credit does not expire however it is up to you to pick up a check or call about other payment options.
